Sera is a membership that brings together the community of food lovers and great restaurants through a series of exclusive events and reservations.

We would love to explore new partnerships with great restaurants. If you send an email to restaurants@seragroup.co one of the Sera membership team will take a look.

Membership

How do I become a member?

Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button and fill out the details telling us a little more about why you love food and where you love to eat.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

We're sorry you want to leave the club, membership is free and we’re constantly trying to improve the experience for food lovers. If we can't convince you to stay please email support@seragroup.co and we will process your request.

What do I do if I’ve lost my membership card?

If you’ve lost your membership card don't worry, you'll still get access to all the benefits of the Sera community.

How do I refer a member?

If you would like to refer a member then you should ask them to apply and include your full name in the application form. Whilst we can't guarantee the success of any application we are building a community and are always looking to include like-minded food lovers.

How can I get approved from the waitlist?

We are constantly reviewing our membership and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you think there is a particular reason you would make a good member of the community then please get in touch at membership@seragroup.co to tell us why.

How much does it cost to become a member?

At this moment in time, membership is completely free. Join now to become one of the founding members.

Reservations

How can I book a table at a restaurant?

You can make a reservation at a restaurant through our restaurants listing page. Filter the page for number of people, date and time and select the reservation you would like to make. You may be asked to enter your card details if the restaurant cancellation policy requires it. You will not be charged at the time of booking.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

To cancel a reservation you will need to find the reservation confirmation email and click the cancel reservation link in there. You can find the email by searching for sevenrooms and the name of the restaurant. Please note that you may be charged by the restaurant if you make any cancellations within the no cancellation window.

I have dietary requirements, how can I let the restaurant know?

If you have dietary requirements you should email or call the restaurant and let them know in advance. You can find the contact details for the restaurant in the reservation confirmation email sent to you following a booking.

Where can I see my bookings and reservations?

You can see all your Sera reservations and event bookings in your personal profile.

Account

How can I change my passwords?

Please log out and click sign in, followed by ‘forgot password’ and we will send you a password reset link.

How can I update my contact details?

If you would like to update your contact details please send us an email to support@seragroup.co, making sure to include your full name and email address along with any updates you would like to make.

Events

I booked tickets to a Sera event but I can't make it anymore, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we aren't able to process refunds for tickets to events as we need to know in advance how many people to plan for on the night. Feel free to offer your tickets to your other food loving friends and just let us know who will be coming on the night.

Can I buy tickets for my friends?

Members will be able to purchase a limited number of additional tickets for Sera events. Please note that this may vary depending on the size of the event. You can find the maximum ticket numbers in the event descriptions.

Where can I find out when the event is?

The time and location of the Sera event is shown on the event description page or in the confirmation email.

Does my ticket price include drinks?

What’s included in the ticket price will vary from event to event. You can find all the information on the event in the event description.

I have dietary requirements, can we let the event know?

Unfortunately we aren't able to account for dietary restrictions at events. You can review the menu for the event in advance before you make a purchase, through the Sera event description page.

I own a restaurant and want to remove myself from the Sera platform, how can I do this?

There is no cost to being listed on the Sera platform and we provide people who love to eat food with the ability to come and experience the best food in London. If you would still like to remove yourself from the Sera platform you can do so by contacting restaurants@seragroup.co.
