The Pem presents IWD | A four-hands dinner series hosted by Sally Abé, with Romy Gill MBE, Candice Brown, Poppy O’Toole, & Chantelle Nicholson

Various dates in March

22-28 Broadway, London SW1H 0BH

A four-hands dinner series throughout March in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Trailblazing chef Sally Abé brings her renowned, annual International Women’s Day event back once again, with a spectacular, month-long, four-hands female chef series at her signature restaurant, The Pem at Conrad London St. James.

The stellar line-up curated by Sally foregrounds leading female figures in hospitality: Romy Gill MBE, Candice Brown, Poppy O’Toole, and Chantelle Nicholson. Each week, Sally will collaborate with one of the acclaimed chefs to create a one-off, four-course menu featuring brand-new dishes that showcase innovation and culinary mastery. Across all events, Sally has invited select students from Westminster Kingsway College to join her and the collaborating chefs, providing them with an invaluable opportunity to immerse themselves in hands-on learning in the kitchen.

Tickets for each dinner are priced at £85, and include a glass of champagne and canapés on arrival alongside the menu itself, all set to the backdrop of live DJ beats.

1st March – Romy Gill MBE
Household name Romy Gill MBE is a celebrity Indian chef and food/travel writer, and was the owner and head chef of Romy’s Kitchen. When she’s not regularly contributing to national and international publications, Romy is a familiar face on our TV screens, having been one of the regular and much-loved chefs on BBC1's Ready Steady Cook, alongside many other shows (BBC's The One Show, James Martin’s Saturday Morning, The Hairy Bikers’ Comfort Food, and Sunday Brunch, to name a few…). Bringing her unparalleled expertise to The Pem, Romy promises a dining experience that tantalises the taste buds and delights the senses.

7th March – Candice Brown
Since being crowned The Great British Bake Off champion in 2016, Candice Brown has been spinning many plates: running the widely-acclaimed The Greenman Pub in Eversholt (which she opened in 2019 with her brother), regularly contributing to a The Sunday Times column, baking on TV shows (including This Morning and Ainsley's World Cup Flavours), and appearing as a panellist on Loose Women. From her North London roots to her culinary triumphs on national television, Candice’s culinary prowess promises an unforgettable evening of gastronomic delights.

15th March – Poppy O’Toole
