The Pem presents IWD | A four-hands dinner series hosted by Sally Abé, with Romy Gill MBE, Candice Brown, Poppy O’Toole, & Chantelle Nicholson
A four-hands dinner series throughout March in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Trailblazing chef Sally Abé brings her renowned, annual International Women’s Day event back once again, with a spectacular, month-long, four-hands female chef series at her signature restaurant, The Pem at Conrad London St. James.
The stellar line-up curated by Sally foregrounds leading female figures in hospitality: Romy Gill MBE, Candice Brown, Poppy O’Toole, and Chantelle Nicholson. Each week, Sally will collaborate with one of the acclaimed chefs to create a one-off, four-course menu featuring brand-new dishes that showcase innovation and culinary mastery. Across all events, Sally has invited select students from Westminster Kingsway College to join her and the collaborating chefs, providing them with an invaluable opportunity to immerse themselves in hands-on learning in the kitchen.
Tickets for each dinner are priced at £85, and include a glass of champagne and canapés on arrival alongside the menu itself, all set to the backdrop of live DJ beats.
