Sera x Wildflowers: Trattoria Fiori di Campo

Sunday, December 7th, 2025

Newson's Yard, 57 Pimlico Rd, London SW1W 8NE

£95.00

For one day only, Wildflowers in Pimlico becomes ‘Trattoria Fiori di Campo’ a neighbourhood trattoria imagined by Aaron Potter and Laura Hart.

Aaron’s cooking is shaped by years spent in some of London’s most respected kitchens, including Trinity in Clapham under Adam Byatt and Elystan Street in Chelsea under Phil Howard, both Michelin-starred restaurants known for their precision, seasonality, and depth of flavour. At Wildflowers, that experience finds a more personal expression: ingredient-led, soulful cooking that feels both refined and effortless.

On 7 December, the pair open their doors for a long Sunday lunch inspired by the trattorias of rural Italy. It is a celebration of everything Aaron loves about Italian cooking: honest food, generous flavours, and the kind of slow, convivial meals that bring people together.

Laura Hart brings her distinctive creative eye. An interior stylist and florist, she designed Wildflowers to feel like a space between home and restaurant, with textured plaster walls, oak, terracotta, and marble softened by wild floral arrangements and linen. For this special lunch, she will reimagine the room with the warmth of a countryside trattoria, filled with colour, texture, and life.

Guests will experience a true Italian trattoria experience: generous plates, handmade pasta, slow-cooked sauces, and wines chosen to match the rhythm of the afternoon. It’s long, relaxed, and full of heart.

A one-off celebration of flavour, craft, and the pleasure of sharing a table.
