People say Kold Sauce is the favourite hot sauce of chefs, so we decided to put it to the test and see how London's finest eateries were championing London's finest hot sauce...

The result? Across the month of May, 9 of the capital’s most creative culinaries have masterminded a one-off fiery menu item using their chilli sauce of choice.

The catch? Their creations are extremely scarce and once they’re gone, they’re gone, so the race is on to sample these Kold Sauce x Sera specials.

To access the fiery limited edition eats, you need to be signed up to Sera, and then simply show your account page to the Kold Grand Prix partner on arrival, or quote Sera when ordering online. Cross the finish line and complete all 9 locations before the month is out, and you’ll secure yourself 9 bottles of London's finest hot pepper sauce.

ROGUE SARNIE'S
ROGUE SARNIE'S KOLD SPECIAL: CHEESIE BEANS, WOODFIRE TOULOUSE SAUSAGE, KOLD SAUCE SMOKE, HERBY SLAW

Wood-fired sandwich specialists, Rogue Sarnies, is the brainchild of Zac Whittle and Freddie Sheen. They launched Rogues as a pop-up restaurant in December 2019 before transforming their kitchen into a hub for killer sandwiches during Covid, slinging out creations like the 'Sausage & black pudding crumpet sandwich'. Seriously. Tasty. Stuff. It sparked the idea for their next venture, and in January 2023, they revamped a neglected conservatory into a bustling wood-fired sandwich joint, giving birth to Rogue Sarnies.
