Longboys x Cue Point

Longboys and Cue Point are teaming up to create the ultimate pulled lamb doughnut. Longboys, the viral doughnut company created by award winning pastry chef Graham Hornigold, are stepping away from their usual sweet treats to create a more savoury version of their classic Longboys’ dough. BBQ legend Cue Point, co-owned by Mursal Saiq and Joshua Moroney, have taken the London BBQ scene by storm and will be smoking the meat to complete this savoury treat.

Longboys handmade finger doughnut rolled in spiced sugar, oak-smoked pulled lamb shoulder, candi flossed lamb rib with jalapeño pistachio sugar, frosted crushed pistachios, and tamarind BBQ sauce.
