Knives Out - Tacos and Tequila

The first of our ‘Knives out’ series where top chefs go head to head. For the inaugural event, it’ll be a lot of tacos and even more tequila as three of London’s best Mexican chefs put on a feast like no other.

Cavita, La Chingada, and Tacos Padre are cooking up three tacos each, along with plenty of tequila cocktails… and shots if that's what you enjoy. Showcasing some of London’s very best Mexican food.

The Chefs:

Nick Fitzgerald opened Tacos Padre after stints at Pujol, currently 13th on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants List, and Breddos

Adriana Cavita, opened her eponymous restaurant, Cavita in 2022. She also spent time working at Pujol (notice a trend?), but embellished her CV further at the iconic El Bulli.

Last but very much not least, La Chingada. Worthy cult legend, born as a takeaway only taqueria in Surrey Quays, serving unapologetically authentic tacos.
