This is Kitchen Table: After Hours.
Kitchen Table is one of the most celebrated restaurants in the UK.
Created by chef James Knappett and Sandia Chang, it’s a 20-seat counter dining restaurant in Fitzrovia, known for its precision, energy, and 20-course tasting menus cooked directly in front of guests. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars, and is widely regarded as one of the best dining experiences in the country.
For this event, we open the doors in a completely different way.
This is not a normal service. It’s the team cooking, pouring, and hosting in a totally different style.
Kitchen Table After Hours is a speakeasy-style night, inside one of London’s hottest two Michelin star restaurants.
Guests will arrive to a shot at the door, before stepping into a room that’s been completely transformed. Instead of a fixed 20-seat counter and a set menu, we lose the chairs, and the whole restaurant becomes a casual, free-flowing space. The room will be reimagined around the Kitchen Counter, with dishes unfolding from different corners of the space, and drinks flowing all night from the lounge bar.
Doors open at 6:30pm, with food flowing straight from 6:45pm until 9:45pm. The bar is open until midnight.
This is the kind of night that doesn’t really exist anywhere in London, a two Michelin star kitchen cooking with total freedom, in a format built around energy, movement, and great bottles.
Same people. Same level. A totally different feeling.
For this After Hours experience, there is no assigned seating, and guests will flow freely from the Kitchen and the lounge. Due to the nature of this one-off menu, no allergens or menu substitutions are available.
