'Hard Hat' Three Sheets Soho
Three Sheets Soho.
Introducing the first of our “Hard Hat” series: a series that grants the Sera community access to new locations ahead of the public.
The upcoming launch of Three Sheets Soho has been generating a ton of excitement. On March 13th, Max and Noel Venning will open the doors to their new Soho site exclusively for our community. Ahead of the crowds, Sera members will be the first to sample their brand-new, headline-grabbing cocktail experience.
The Venning Brothers have over 30 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry and have worked on, ran, and opened category-leading venues in cocktails, food, and wine. During Max’s time as operations manager for the Drink Factory, he opened Bar Termini in Soho which peaked at the 7th Best Bar in The World. The Venning brothers went on to open Three Sheets in Dalston in 2016 – it quickly became known as one of London’s best bars and its cocktail list has garnered international recognition. It’s ranked 13th on The Top 50 Cocktail Bars list and has also appeared on the World’s 50 Best Bars list. They then opened Little Mercies in Crouch End, one of the UK’s 50 Best Bars and then Top Cuvée, a widely revered natural wine bar.
The leaked list of cocktails for Three Sheets Soho includes a new version of their Dalston signature drink the “French 75” - this elevated version will be carbonated and include gin, clarified lemon, moscato, orange flower, and verjus. While the rest of the menu remains under wraps, one thing we know for certain is that cocktails will reflect the Venning brothers’ acclaimed inventive style.
William Blank, previously a chef at Lyle’s, has developed the menu for Three Sheets – he’ll be preparing salt beef sandwiches and triple-cooked chips for the Hard Hat evening.
Tickets secure you a table for two hours with three cocktails of your choice, a salt beef sandwich, and a batch of triple-cooked chips. Get ahead of the crowds and join us for an opening night to remember.
